There’s no straight path to the summit. The hard, uphill bits are where the real growth happens in business and in yourself.
There’s no shortcut to the summit.
No secret trail that avoids the steep sections.
No clever trick that lets you skip the part that hurts your calves.
On every mountain I’ve climbed, the incline is where it gets real.
It’s where I slow down, breathe deeper, and wonder, sometimes out loud, why I thought this stupid idea was a good idea in the first place.
The hard bits are also where the growth happens though. Not just in my legs, but in my mindset.
